CLUB HIRE
The club is available for hire for functions,parties,celebrations,office parties,weddings,21st parties,engagements ,training sessions and conferences.It is an ideal venue with ample safe parking,two lounges,disabled facilities and access.
Club is available to members and NON MEMBERS.
NO HIRE CHARGE.
In addition to the varied sporting activities the Club can cater for all types of social events within a safe, convenient and homely atmosphere, an ideal venue for children's parties.
Work on the new car park is now completed ..Security is enhanced by the installation of an electronic entrance barrier as part of the scheme.

John can prepare full or buffet meals at a very reasonable cost. He has a high reputation for excellent value, quality meals.
See below photo of the latest function to be held at the Club-a wedding party on Saturday August 7,2010. As you can see the Club can compete with most venues in terms of its' facilities and its' setting is second to none.
The main lounge has a capacity for over 100 and the smaller lounge 70.
Both lounges have disabled and child friendly toilets.
Birthday, engagement and anniversary parties catered for. Remember there is NO HIRE hire charge. We can arrange a disco or music entertainment or you are free to make your own arrangements. Contact John Hodgson-01758613676- regarding your catering requirements.
Good selection of beers.Your chocie of wines can also be made available.
You have a choice of the main or the relaxing lounge bars. We also have a 24 hour bar licence which can be arranged to meet your needs.
The Club has two fully equipped disabled toilets .Access to the building is ramped for ease of wheelchair access.
There is plenty of secure parking space safely situated off the main road.The car park is further protected by an electronic barrier sydtem.
PWLLHELI RFC- BBQ FACILITY
The Club has an excellent BBQ area adjacent to the main function room which is available free of charge. This is immediatley adjacent to the clubhouse.
There are very few conditions for its' hire and use :
1.The BBQ to be operated by adults only.
2.All beers and beverages consumed must be purchased from the Club. You cannot bring your own alcohol or soft drinks.
3. Ensure you book through the Club Steward beforehand.
We are indebted to Edison Power for their support in providing the concreted access to this new addition to the Club's infrastructure.
ALL WEATHER PITCH.
The Club is fortunate in having one of the very few full sized astroturf pitches in the area. The pitch is fully floodlit and is available for hire at reasonable rates 12 months a year. Contact the Club for further details.
In excess of £20000 has recently been spent in refirbishing the playing surface and floodlighting system.The facility is now back in prime condition.
The area is ideal for football, hockey, cricket and indeed most sporting activities, especially during those dark winter night when other facilities are waterlogged.

PWLLHELI RFC - WEIGHTS ROOM.
The Clubs' weights room remains extremely popular. It is available for non-playing as well as playing members of the Club.
To comply with our insurance cover allusers will have to undego an induction course.This is regardless of their experience in using weights.
Remember it is essential that you take appropriate advice before using the equipment. Contact Wil Owen or David Martin for advice.
PLAYING MEMBERS HAVE PRIORITY FOR USE.
Use of the facility is of course for members only.For membership details contact the Club steward.There is no charge for using the weights room.
This facility is not available to children.
